From this, we propose a scope: a single-site audit, a project-based engagement, or an ongoing retainer. Most principals come to us through referral; new clients are welcome by introduction.

What does a developer engagement involve?

For real estate developers, our involvement is most valuable at the master-planning stage — site orientation, tower placement, common-area planning, and unit-level Vastu compliance. Is travel possible for site visits across India and abroad?

Yes. Dr. Jain travels regularly for client engagements across India and selectively to international properties owned by Indian families. Travel arrangements and timelines are agreed at the engagement stage; for multi-site mandates, structured visit schedules are designed to balance thoroughness with discretion.

How is fee & engagement structured?

Fees are bespoke — calibrated to property scale, project complexity, geographic scope, and engagement type (one-time audit, project-based, or annual retainer). For developer and industrial mandates, project-fee or retainer structures are typical. A clear, written quotation follows the introductory conversation.

Are existing properties remediable without demolition?

In the overwhelming majority of cases, yes. Dr. Jain's signature is the practical remediation of Vastu defects through directional realignment, elemental balancing, energy correction with pyramids and yantras, and minor non-structural adjustments — without invasive construction. Demolition is recommended only in rare, severe cases, and never as a first instinct.

How is confidentiality maintained for principal clients?
